Hence was born the tradition of English \"Lavaliere\".Hand crafted in England around the turn of the century, this gorgeous Lavaliere necklace features three joined ovoid circles of gold which flow into pearl set floral accents, all surrounding a sparkling green peridot at the center. This elegant drop is suspended by a delicate split chain that comes together in a second flower like cluster of pearl and peridot, then continues through to make the equally delicate neck chain. This lovely Edwardian necklace was made c.1900. All hand crafted in a warm 9 karat gold, it is 17.5 inches long and weighs 5.9 grams.
