Certified Natural grade A premium Icy Jadeite Carved Ruyi Pendant with a sterling silver bail/accent on a rope necklace. The pendant features an amazing old mine jadeite that appears to be white in color but with subtle light green undertone. The undertone color is much more noticeable when it is placed against a piece of white paper. The material has very nice icy translucent to highly translucent clarity, incredibly fine, pure and smooth texture that looks gelatinous, and exceptional luster. The material is so pure and clear that it appears to glow, and so lustrous that it looks as if it has been dipped in oil.

The jadeite is hand cut and carved by a master level carver. It is made into a Ruyi, which is Chinese ancient legendary wish-granting blessing amulet. It is carved with a lotus flower, a goldfish and an ancient Chinese coin. These all symbolize good luck and fortunate. The carving is 100% done by hand with exquisite design and intricate details. This is not a huge pendant but with excellent thickness, super fine craftsmanship and outstanding quality. Please refer to photos for size and measurements.

Above the pendant, there is a sterling silver bail/ accent with yellow gold finish, and a natural Guatemalan light blue jadeite cabochon in it. All jadeite materials are 100% natural with ZERO treatment! This is definitely a collector’s piece. The Ruyi pendant comes with a certificate of authenticity (#7801) and weighs 6.98 grams by itself.
