This is my newest hand carving of a alligator. This is my most realistic looking alligator I have ever done. I have had several requests to make a larger alligator due to the popularity of my alligator jewelry. So I took on the project of hand carving this completely three dimensional alligator with life-like detail of all the scales and bumps all over its body. It took me over two weeks to individually hand carve each scale on this piece as I studied the anatomy and details of the shape of this magnificent creature. ( I make this size and a even larger one shown on another listing)This pendant is available with a 14kt Gold Vermeil  18\", 20\", 22\" , or 24\" Long 4.5mm. wide Cuban style chain.Or This pendant is available with a 14kt Gold Vermeil  18\", 20\", or 24\" Long 2.5mm. wide solid diamond cut rope style chain.Actual size of the alligator is 1 3/4\" long not including the ring on its nose by 3/4\" wide.

This Necklace is made in 14kt Gold Vermeil.Vermeil is a thick 14kt gold overlay onto a base interior of solid 925 sterling silver. This is considered a luxury product using all precious metals. The gold overlayshould last for many years without showing wear and it will not tarnish.This gives you a quality piece of jewelry much lower in price than solid 14kt gold.
