Fossil Black Coral with Sleeping Beauty Turquoise - Black Fossil Coral (Bryozoan Coral or also known as Stingray Fossil Coral) with Sleeping Beauty Turquoise stone on stone setting. 

This pendant is made in the stone on stone method. This involves drilling a hole into the base stone and soldering a silver tube onto the back of the top stone to fit perfectly through the hole and rivet out the back to secure.

The stones are set in fine silver on a sterling silver backplate and textured by hand hammering. The pendant and petite paperclip chain have been oxidized to highlight the textures. The chain has a small lobster clasp. The back of the pendant is stamped with the Shiny Objects makers mark.
