To find your measurement tightly measure the smallest part of your wrist with a tape measure.  Add at least 1.25” to 1.5” to ensure that the bracelet will slide over your hand.  To ensure that the elastic does not overstretch align your thumb to your pink and then gently slide the bracelet over it.  

The 14K gold fill pendants will not tarnish and the gold will not wear off over time.  To reduce tarnishing of the fine silver beaded bracelet store in a ziplock baggie provided with your purchase.
