The hat that started it all. The Ragg Wool Beanie is a heavyweight, double-layer cap weighing in at 6 ounces made specifically for us in Pennsylvania by a 120-year-old yarn mill. These heavy-duty beanies are perfect for the coldest days and come in all the colors of our signature ragg wool gloves. 

Content85% USA wool, 15% USA nylon. This wool is custom-made for us by our friends at Kraemer Yarns in Pennsylvania. 

What is Ragg Wool?

The definition of ragg wool is a yarn formed of two strands of dyed wool and one strand of undyed wool, often combined with other fibers, such as nylon. 

The American-made nylon in this traditional workwear wool blend allows for shape retention and durability, plus additional softness. This high-quality and heavyweight yarn will wick away moisture to keep the head warm and dry during the coldest winter days.

Washing Instructions

Machine or hand wash with any detergent and lay flat to dry; you can machine dry on warm, but we do not really recommend this.
