Our Chevre (french goat) is a vegetable-tanned leather from Alran S.A.S. in France. Chevre is known for it\'s fine pebbled grain which is soft to the touch. This leather is extremely supple and soft, with excellent scratch and water resistance. It has a uniform pigmented finish and may patina to a darker colour with hard use.
Tannery: Alran SAS, France
Temper: Soft to medium
Surface: Smooth with a light grainy texture
Patina: None
Water Resistance: High. To ensure longevity, avoid moisture or soaking our straps in water.
