Inspired by the grueling nighttime legs of the Dakar Rally, the toughest race in the world, this timepiece projects the power that comes from conquering punishing terrain and the freedom of racing across the moonlit desert.

The metal components, finished in black ion-plating, add a dynamic and sophisticated textural appeal to the bold, all-black design. The band, too, plays with texture, projecting the look of sand, while the metal ring, ion plated in a gold color, recalls the shimmer of moonlight across the vast desert. Inspired by the navigation system of a race car, multiple colors used on the seconds hand and inset dial indicator hands add vivid accents to the black dial.

With its oversize, ultra-legible case, the GWG-B1000 remains comfortable thanks to its clever strap integration, and its rugged metal exterior crafted with high-precision forging techniques and a carbon fiber-reinforced resin case that marries high strength and lightness with outstanding durability.

Radio-controlled and solar-powered, the watch is also equipped with a triple sensor that keeps you updated with direction, altitude, barometric pressure, and temperature readings. Double LED lights and sapphire crystal ensure high readability so you always see the time and other readings, no matter what the conditions are like. Input a specific location in the app and the Location Indicator function moves the indicator hand at the 3 o’clock position to point in that direction so you stay on track at all times — even when visibility is obstructed by extreme conditions like sandstorms.
