This design is found on ancient stones located at several sites in Jerusalem. The most prominent one is located at Dominus Flevit in Jerusalem, the place where Jesus looked out over Jerusalem and wept. Today Jesus looks at us and sees our pain and tears. Jesus wept and so we weep, but not without comfort.
