Rab uses UK sizing. Depending on the model, Rab products come in slim fit or regular fit, and the store manager often chooses UK size M for slim fit models and UK size S for regular fit models.

This Force LS Tee has a slim fit, so we recommend taking your usual size.

The store manager is 170cm tall and weighs 68kg, and the size that fits him is UK M (JPN L).

If you want a tighter fit, the UK S size is perfectly acceptable. The sleeve and hem lengths were also within the acceptable range even when I chose the M size, so you can choose the fit you prefer.
