HOT ! Country French Oak Farmhouse Barley Twist Trestle Dining Table

Imposing country French farmhouse trestle dining table featuring massive barley twist legs in the Louis XIII taste. The table top measures nearly 3 inches thick with breadboard ends crafted from solid oak timbers. The top is 8.5 feet long supported by a large trestle base having pull-out storage drawers on each end with patinated iron bail pulls constructed with mostly wood peg joinery. The trestle has distinctive spiral twist legs with block joints ending with bun feet. The legs are conjoined by a long barley twist central stretcher in the middle. The oak has a deep, warm luster showcasing the rich woodgrains. The table measures 23 inches from the floor to the apron. Very heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship.
