This dress has a cold shoulder style and a beautiful gathered panel that goes from under the opposite arm across and over the shoulder. This fabric is loose and can be moved around if you prefer it over your shoulder or across your arm. With ruched detailing up the side of the dress this creates beautiful gathers across your body making you feel super comfortable. This dress is finished off with a big leg split over your leg giving this dress an even bigger wow factor.
