Meet Ohara, a gentle reminder that even the smallest silverware scraps can rise again with purpose. At Laughing Frog Studio, we believe every offcut and odd little fragment has a story waiting to be told — nothing wasted, everything transformed.

For this sweet celestial guardian, we dipped into the scrap bin and pieced her together by hand: wings shaped from a divided spoon bowl, a body cut from a vintage spoon handle, and a tiny head and halo punched from leftover spoon‑bowl bits. She’s a patchwork of history, patience, and second chances — an angel born from the unexpected.

Ohara hangs from a simple red‑and‑white ribbon, ready to grace your tree, your window, or any space that could use a whisper of upcycled wonder.

For all of our designs we choose wonderful authentic vintage/antique silverware. Once chosen, the pieces are modified and beautified by HAND; they are cut, drilled, filed and polished, etc. We do not cast/mold any of our designs, they are all handmade, one-of-a-kind creations. All of our creations are handmade - as such no two items are exactly alike.  

Condition: Please note, this is an antique silverplate item that was once used as a utensil. As a result, there may be some wear to the silver-plate, fine scratches or marks from use. But some wear gives the piece patina and personality. We do our best to disclose any condition issues we note.
