About the design

The Cutter series by contemporary Danish designer Niels Hvass is minimalistic, functional and ideal for hallways. The collection contains a range of distinctive pieces that combine beauty and practical solutions for everyday needs. Cutter Box is a stylish storage unit for all four seasons. An easy convenient place to put gloves and scarves, beach slippers and ping pong rackets, or children’s rollerblades and kneepads. About the designer

Niels Hvass is a Danish furniture designer known for creating designs that prioritise the user experience. He values sincerity and aims to create designs that captivate and inspire. Hvass, who was born in 1958, co-founded Strand + Hvass design studio in 1991 with Christina Strand. He is also an accomplished teacher and has served on various committees and boards related to the arts.
