1007 has been a part of the Cutler And Gross family in various guises from the late 80s; a squared round, which is light and functional. The frame is a nod to the tailoring of the decade, simplistic in design with any excess material removed to create a beautifully crafted and functional sunglass.
Featuring a Cutler and Gross trade secret, the metal nose bridge sits into the acetate rims without reinforcement. This technique reduces weight and provides superior adjustability, whilst keeping the rigidity needed to hold adjustment and fit.
