Our original and playful bikini-inspired ‘twist’ Bikini is a very special collection - this cherished design was a hero piece in Renauld’s 1964 ‘Capital City Girl About Town’ advertising campaign. It instantly became a love-mark for the transatlantic jet-setting elite and was the sunglass to be ‘seen in’ at the most cosmopolitan destinations – as they say, ‘Fashion is fleeting but style is eternal’

For the first time in 60 years, we are delighted to re-introduce this playful yet sophisticated model. The reborn Bikini is equipped with optically perfect anti-glare UV400 performance lenses available in two and four colorways (depending on the model of sunglass) and is completed with three choices of precious metal plated frames: 24 carat Yellow Gold, 24ct Rose Gold, and Palladium.

The sunglass features a nose pad attached to the frame that is also echoed as a design feature across the top of the bridge. The lens curvature silhouettes the face while the abstract frame finishes intentionally short of the complete curvature for a more contemporary take. Light, yet strong and highly durable. Crafted carefully by hand to exacting standards in The Renauld Studio in Italy.
