About Checking (Natural Wood Cracks)

Checking is a natural occurrence in solid wood and log furniture. As the wood seasons, it may develop surface cracks that are part of the natural aging process and do not affect structural integrity.

Returns

Returns in original condition are accepted. The purchase price, less original shipping/handling costs and a 20% restocking fee, will be refunded. Notification to Western Passion must be made within 5 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. Product must be adequately packed and insured prior to shipping. Customer is responsible for the product and its safe return until received by the manufacturer.

Delivery Information
