The patented side relief draft hood design reduces heat loss and ensures that you spend less and stay more comfortable. Whether recessed into the wall or surface mounted using the optional free standing kit, the soft-white powder coated finish provides a discrete durable finish that blends into any home\'s decor.

• Safe Pilot Ignition


• With matchless pilot ignition, the guess work is taken out of lighting the furnace. By sealing the pilot and ignitor away from dirt and debris, the electronic igniter lights the furnace safely and reliably.


• Power Free Operation


• A lot of things can go wrong during a power outage, but your furnace shutting off is not one of them. It will continue to work even when you lose power.


• Efficient Draft Hood Design


• The side-relief opening draft hood is designed to pull draft air from the sides of the furnace to limit heat loss through the chimney.


• Vent Limit Safety Switch


• The vent limit safety switch is equipped on all Monterey PLUS furnaces. This turns off the unit in case the chimney is blocked, protecting your family from carbon monoxide and fires
