Hyungi was founded in 2019 by Hyungi Park, a Korean American artist who spans multiple disciplines including incense making, bookbinding, tattooing, and design. These diverse talents converge within the Hyungi brand. We operate from a shared studio space with Goyo, a multifaceted hub focused on incense, tea, homeware, and workshops. Goyo not only showcases our handmade products but also hosts our incense and bookbinding workshops. Hyungi\'s expertise in incense has garnered attention from prestigious outlets such as the New York Times and Architectural Digest. Our collaborations include projects with MOCA, Viacom, Spotify, and Hyungi Park\'s membership in the NEW INC Creative Science Track underscores our commitment to innovation and creativity.

This handmade incense is crafted from ethically sourced + organic woods, herbs, resins + oils. Our studio is based in Los Angeles, CA where we also teach incense making workshops.
