This Origami-inspired Heart pendant is handmade in sterling silver with a grey-blue sapphire cabochon in an 18ct yellow gold setting. The surface of the silver is a brushed-satin finish, it contrasts with the burnished edge and gives this design a modern look. The pendant is 18 mm wide
The chain is attached inside the heart, it\'s an oxidised silver faceted ball chain, the facets reflect the light giving the impression of a tiny stone necklace. The total length of the necklace is 20 inches ( the length can be changed on request
