I created this from the Mihitabel Estate fabrics that were left for dead, once meant to be used by Carolyn Lee at her legendary Sunset Boulevard custom shop, Mihitabel. This fabric I believe she used to make suits for Granny Takes A Trip during her time working for them as you can see from the historic slides from their vintage collections. 

Carolyn was a coveted tailor for artists such as The Eagles, Jim Croce, America, Bread, The Beach Boys, John Denver, Three Dog Night, and Sweetwater’s Nancy Nevins and Alex Del Zoppo — who later became Carolyn’s husband. 

Making these deadstock fabrics from Carolyn\'s estate is where Bella Roi X Mihitabel is all about.
