Wi-Fi Smart App Control

Wi-Fi Connect

Remote control of APP and the device can be done via Wi-Fi. But before that you need to know some tricks for pairing:1) Before you connect, you need to be close enough so that the signal won\'t break on the wall or insulation of the house2) Buy an extra Wi-Fi mesh or repeater to increase the signal strength to make the pairing of the devices more successful3) The app currently supports only 2.4 GHz network. Please turn off the 5 GHz network on the router to make the connection work more smoothly.

To determine which app to download, check the manufacture date on your unit\'s data plate.1. If your unit was manufactured before April 30, 2023, download the AlorAir-R App. 2. If your unit was manufactured on or after April 30, 2023, download the AlorAir-Lite App.Then, proceed with the instructions provided in the box.

Both apps only support a 2.4 GHz network. For a smoother connection, please disable the 5 GHz network on your router.*Please be advised prior to making a purchase, we recommend visiting the Google Play Store to verify the app\'s availability for download & compatibility on your specific device. If the application is not available for download, it indicates that your device is not compatible. For any issues or further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Warranty

1-Year Warranty Coverage:

First Six (6) Months:

• AlorAir provides full warranty coverage, including parts, labor, and shipping costs to and from the facility for repairs.


• If the unit is deemed defective, a replacement unit will be provided at no cost.

Seven (7) to Twelve (12) Months:

  • Within the Seven (7) to Twelve (12) Months, if a unit needs repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the unit to our facility.
  
  
  • AlorAir will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired unit back.

2-3 Year Warranty Coverage:

• Within the second and the third year of the warranty AlorAir covers replacement parts and labor on the refrigeration system


• Shipping costs are no longer covered under the warranty.


• If the unit is deemed defective, a replacement unit will be provided.

3-5 Year Warranty Coverage:

• AlorAir covers replacement parts for the compressor and coils ONLY


• Shipping and labor costs are no longer covered under the warranty.
