LED Troubleshooting Guide
If the LED lights are not working correctly, check the following:
Check the connector direction. Ensure the LED strip and controller are connected in the correct direction. If not, disconnect and reconnect the opposite way.
Remove the plastic tab from the remote. The remote will not function until the small plastic film is removed.
Use the remote within range. Point it toward the receiver, ensure there are no obstacles and avoid standing too far away.
Add a battery to the remote. For transport safety, the battery is not included. Battery type: CR2025.
Power source. The LED strip includes 16 colour options and is USB powered (USB plug not included).
USB Powered: Includes a 5V 2A USB cable that can connect to a TV, computer, power bank or other USB power source. Safe and easy for indoor use.
