Detailed information on Yngve Ekström Orange and Brown Pine Two-Seat Bench

Elegant solid Pine bench designed by Yngve Ekström for Swedese. It has been produced in the late 1960s.


Yngve Ekström is a Swedish furniture designer, wood carver and architect. From early childhood on Ekström worked in a sawmill and studied drawing, painting, music and art history. The autodidact continued by founding the company Swedese with his brother Jerker, followed by an exhibition of his furniture at Nordiska Kompaniet.


The bench will be shipped insured overseas in a custom made wooden crate. Cost of transport to the US, Euro 975, is crate included.
