How To Use

If wearing make-up or SPF, use the Halo Cleansing Elixir as your first cleanse. Then use 3-4 pumps of Oatopia, warm between your palms, and massage onto your face to activate the creamy lather. Remove with a cold flannel in the morning or a warm flannel in the evening.
