Directions:


Start with a dime sized amount and apply in the evening to the tops and bottoms of your bare feet and onto your calves. If you find that dime sized amount does not cover all of your feet and calves, then you will need a little more. Rub it in approximately 15-20 minutes before bed. Please rub into your skin well before you walk around so you don\'t slip! Or, put socks on until you get in bed. To avoid needing socks, or slipping, apply when you get in bed. 





For migraines, apply to the neck area.





Safe for babies 6 months and older but only apply to their feet and cover their feet so they can\'t put them in their mouth.
