Gentle Habits launched their This is Incense collection in 2019 as a side hobby when Sophie, the founder, rediscovered incense and found it helped her slow down and be present. This is Incense gave Sophie a vehicle to create and share new products that have helped her overall well-being and mental health. All Gentle Habits products are made in Australia - they dip our incense and pack the sticks by hand in Torquay, Victoria.

Where the squeaky white sand dissects crystal blue water and rugged red rock in the south west of WA. Sandalwood oil is the main overnote, it collides beautifully with mandarin and fragnoia oil making this an emotive and woody sensory experience. Perfect if you’re looking to escape.

DIRECTIONSPlace incense stick in holder and ignite the tip. Burn for 5 seconds and then blow out the flame, allowing the stick to smoulder and fragrance the air. To extinguish dip stick in water or press top against hard heat resistant surface.Incense sticks are delicate, handle with care.Each box contains 60 sticks. Each stick burns for approximately 20 -25 mins = total approximate 20 hour incense burning time.
