Shampoo Application: Use a generous amount and lather throughout hair with massage technique.

Conditioner Application: After shampooing, gently massage into hair evenly. Leave in 10-15 minutes with cap or under dryer with cap. For extra moisture sit under steamer for 10-15 minutes no cap needed. Rinse.
