Manufacturing Process

To produce our sun shirts, we work with partners in Haiti and Guatemala, supplying 100% recycled fabric to co-ops there that create sustainable jobs and full-living wages for hundreds of workers in developing countries.

Their teams use our materials to construct shirts worn proudly by our customers. The Guatemalan facility is also powered by biomass that consists of wood chips, coffee extract, and other raw materials. The wood chips are collected from the local forestry industry using sustainable practices.
