Returns

We do not accept returns on beauty products such as soaps, whipped butters, lip balms, creams, raw butters & hair products. You can always contact us for any questions at support@sheanutorganix.com.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@sheanutorganix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Also contact the shipment carrier. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
