These grand-scale chairs feature deeply sculpted Rococo revival frames with flowing cabriole legs, scrolling arms, and elaborate acanthus and foliate carvings throughout. The crests are crowned with stylized shell motifs, while the apron carvings are bold and dimensional, reflecting the craftsmanship associated with Italian decorative ateliers.

The frames retain their luminous water gilt finish, exhibiting a warm, burnished glow that enhances the depth of carving and surface detail. The gilding presents natural age and patina.
