Designed by Spanish artist-designer Jaime Hayon in 2013, the Fritz Hansen Ro Ottoman is named after the Danish word for \'tranquillity\'. The ottoman is softly sculpted and formed to match the curves of the body. Its design, free of sharp edges or roughness, invites you to sit down, relax, and reflect. The Ro Collection balances aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that neither is compromised.The seat cushion is made of moulded PUR foam, providing comfort. Additionally, a bottom plate made of MDF serves as the mounting base for the seat cushion. The design of the ottoman is elegant and simple, pleasing to both the eye and the body. It promises tranquillity through its visual appeal and comfortable functionality. The Ro Ottoman comes with two base options: brushed aluminium and clear lacquered oak.Upholstered in premium fabrics, the ottoman is available in either single or mixed upholstery, allowing you to choose different fabrics for the two-layered seat cushion. The mixed upholstery option creates a personalised piece. Only a few of the possible combinations are available on our website; all fabrics can be mixed and matched.
