Accucold by Summit Appliance\'s MED series all-freezers come fully featured for stabilized temperature performance for use in medical, scientific, pharmaceutical, and laboratory institutions.

The VT65MLMEDADA has a 24\" footprint and 32\" height, allowing it to be used in settings following ADA guidelines for lower counter height. It comes in a white finish and includes a front-mounted lock for added security. This unit is designed for freestanding use. 

The manual defrost VT65MLMEDADA operates several degrees colder than most freezers for safe long-term storage of food, vaccines, or pharmaceuticals. Temperatures can reach and maintain -25º C. Three removable pull-out basket drawers provide convenient storage solutions, while extra thick insulation limits energy waste and keeps the cold inside. 

We include an audible NIST calibrated temperature alarm complete with an external display of the current and high/low temperature mounted on the door. A green dot hospital grade plug is installed for added safety in high traffic areas. An access port allows users to connect their own monitoring equipment.

NOTE: Accucold freezers are purpose-built to the support meeting the current CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines for the storage of vaccines. As referenced in the current Vaccine Storage and Handling Toolkit, these units incorporate several key features for stable operation. For additional temperature assurance, the CDC recommends a calibrated digital data logger (DDL), which can be added with the factory-installed option DL2B or addition of the DL2BKit accessory.
