With Opera PID temperature control, and gear driven adjustable water pump for pressure profiling, you are in total command of all aspects of your espresso coffee taste profile, from single origin to blends. 

This is a true top line Barista machine. The Opera electronically controlled, operator adjustable pre-infusion, post infusion independent exterior pump per brew group provides pressure profiling, (note pumps shipped separately), coupled with its precision PID temperature controlled independent brew groups, boiler system.
