Note: These generally run small, so we recommend taking one size up from your typical undergarments size. However, please double check by measuring one of your current underwear and comparing to the posted measurements. Note that the waist measurements may seem small due to the elastic waistband. Though the underwear will shrink upon wash, it will generally stretch back out in all directions to the original size, if not larger (in areas of high tension), except for the length on the inseam and rise (which may come in about 0.25-0.5\").

Model: 6\'0\" and 175 lbs, who typically wears M in underwear and 31-33 sizes in pants/denim depending on the cut/fit, can wear either size 5 | M or 6 | L. The size 5 is very tight at first and at the leg opening (hem), but stretches out with wear while still maintaining that tight fit - borderline uncomfortable. Model in size 6 is a comfortable-snug fit at first, that becomes more loose in the legs with several hours of wear. At 175 lbs, model prefers the size 6; while at 165 lbs, model prefers the size 5.
