• Two stainless steam wands with slide lever control tap


• Optional Auto Steam Wands - Automatically steams up to a set temperature and preferred emulsification level.


• E61 style thermostabilized groupheads for stable water temperature


• Hot water dispenser - able to output lower temperature hot water for teas and americanos.


• Auto-flushing group heads - automatically discharges the exact amount of hot water needed to flush the head once the portafilter is removed after a shot.

  If not otherwise specified, all equipment purchased, carries a one-year defective parts warranty from the date of invoice.

  Warranty is void if a suitable water filtration system is not used.  The maximum recommended water hardness is 80 PPM (8 French Degrees), proper filtration is required to be available at the time of installation; otherwise, warranty is voided.  ​​

  ​Warranty takes effect on the date of invoice.

  Client is responsible for regular maintenance.

  It is also the responsibility of the client to inspect freight at the time of delivery for any damage and specify it on the delivery notes.  Damage must be reported within 24 hours to RCW USA.

  Shipping is FOB.  All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

  
  

What isn\'t covered:

• 
   Normal-wear parts: these include gaskets, filters, o-rings, grinder burrs, plastic hoppers and other moving parts


• Any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, lack of reasonable and necessary *maintenance/cleaning, neglect, **installation, *mishandling, damage during shipment, line power surges or any external causes.


• 
  Faults that occur through reasons unrelated to the machine itself (i.e. clogged drains or leaking water lines require local plumber/facilities manager

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options.

Returns/Refunds/Damages

Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final, no returns or exchanges

Damages: Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report damages & no item may be returned after 30 days of the original ship date from our facilities. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject up to a 25% restock fee.
