The La Pavoni PCW-16 is a stunning evolution of the original Professional lever espresso machine introduced in 1975—now enhanced with elegant wooden accents. Known globally as the best-selling lever espresso machine, the PCW-16 continues to impress with its timeless design, exceptional build quality, and manual brewing performance.

Crafted in Italy, this 16-cup (1.6-liter / 54 oz) model features a chrome-plated brass body, precision pressure gauge, and a commercial-style steam wand for creating rich, velvety cappuccinos. Wooden handles, steam knob, and boiler cap add a warm, artisan touch.

We offer a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty on all electric products, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If repair service is required, Modern Productions, or one of its authorized repair facilities, will repair the unit upon receipt and return it to the customer with return shipping prepaid.

Packaging & Shipping Requirements

Customers must retain all original shipping and packaging materials.

All warranty returns or repairs must be properly packed in a corrugated box with sufficient protection.

Modern Productions reserves the right to refuse any return or repair that is improperly packed or damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Commercial Equipment Warranty & Sales Policy

Commercial espresso machines and commercial grinders include a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

ALL COMMERCIAL MACHINES AND COMMERCIAL GRINDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

No returns will be accepted for customer remorse.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Warranty service for commercial products is repair only and must be handled through Modern Productions or an authorized service center.

Repair under warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for commercial products.No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be provided.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Commercial use of products intended for residential/home use will void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper packaging or shipping damage

This warranty does not apply to non-electric items unless otherwise stated.
