All orders from BBO Poker Tables that require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance, and BBO Poker Tables will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.

All poker and gaming tables from BBO Poker Tables ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured. Our carrier will call you before delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note, that most freight carriers require a 4-hour time window for delivery. ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us BEFORE your table shipping.

If your table is damaged in transit, as long as you follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.

For optimal handling and assembly, we strongly advise having two individuals carry and assemble the table. To prevent any potential damage to the armrest, please refrain from dragging it on the floor during assembly. Your care ensures the longevity and quality of your table.

Refund & Return Policy

All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages. There is a 15% restocking fee for all products.

Warranty

Measure carefully before placing an order with us. Make sure you have enough room to put your awesome new poker table in. We have placed the dimensions of the poker tables on our site so that you can measure them and make an informed decision when buying. Shipments refused due to being too big are considered a change of mind and we will treat it as a return.We back our products with a limited lifetime structural warranty so you can rest easy that your BBO table will be the center of your game for years to come! Structural refers to the ability of the table to withstand its intended load without experiencing failure or excess deformation, including the materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet. Not included in the lifetime warranty are the consumable components that wear as a result of normal use, these include table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam components.Consumable components are available for purchase and replacement on our website.A lifetime warranty is not transferable.Specific Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• Electronic components are warrantied for 2 years from the date of delivery.


• LED Customizations: Any customization or modification to the LED components of the table, will void the warranty.


• Refinishing the Table: Refinishing or modifications to the table will void the warranty.


• Assembly Adjustments: Any assembly adjustments not in accordance with our provided instructions may void the warranty. Customers are encouraged to follow the assembly guidelines carefully.


• BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables will provide replacement components and valid warranty resolution for customers to replace at their location. We do not provide in-house technicians to install components.
