HOT ! Vintage 80s/90s Black and Gold Bead And Sequin Velvet Cocktail Dress with Illusion Panels

Want to stand out at a party? Wear this dress! This dress looks like it could have come straight off the 1980s hit show Dynasty and features a deep v back, short hemline, velvet skirt, illusion panels at waist and gorgeous bead/sequin work. Comes with matching bag.

Very Very Good Condition--impression (scuff) marks at back (I tried to get a clear photo but they only show up in certain light), loose bead strands.

Labeled size 4 and is EXTREMELY TINY--did not fit the dress form (see bottom of listing for dress form measurements.)
