This is a fantastic vintage dress from the 1970s. Label: Custom Tailored by Mr. Mench for Laura of Dallas. Long sleeve black polyester upper part of the dress. Tow silver button closure at each wrist. Zipper closure at center back. Menswear-inspired black and white plaid skirt with two oversized pockets with patent leather black details. Decorative buttons down the center of the dress skirt. No size listed but it looks like it would fit size small or medium.
