Ein Stück amerikanischer Uhrmachergeschichte. Die „Direct Reader“ war Ende der 50er eine kleine Revolution – eine analoge Uhr mit digitaler Zeitanzeige. Die springende Stunde und das Minutenrad sind elegant ins markant gebogene Gehäuse eingelassen, das typisch für das Mid-Century-Design der USA ist.

Diese Uhr stammt aus dem Jahr 1957 und befindet sich in sehr gutem Originalzustand. Das Handaufzugswerk läuft zuverlässig. Getragen mit einem schwarzen Croco-Strap. Ein rares Sammlerstück – zeitlos, elegant und charakterstark.
