How to use:

Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours. 

Use alongside other sun protection measures such as limiting time in the sun from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and wearing protective clothing such as long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses.
