This café au lait base is made by YELLOW BASE COFFEE, a cafe in Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture, and uses Hamamishio, a natural salt from Tsushima. The mellow saltiness of Hamamishio, rich in sea minerals, blends exquisitely with the fragrant coffee flavor, resulting in a refreshing, not-too-sweet taste. Simply mix with your favorite milk in a 1:4-5 ratio to create a truly authentic cup of coffee. It pairs wonderfully with milk, oat milk, and almond milk.
