The iconic taste of an Italian coffee; an intensely dark roasted coffee with woody and spicy notes. When the Arabica beans are combined with the Robusta beans, it creates a roasty, bitter, and bold coffee.
Best served as a ristretto. Recommended as a flat white with milk.
ORIGIN
RISTRETTO INTENSO is a mix of both Arabica and Robusta coffee beans from South America.
ROASTING
We split roast this Arabica and Robusta blend and give the Arabica beans a gentler, short roast to develop its natural sweetness and finer aromatics. The Robustas beans are enhanced with an intense roast that gives this coffee its roasty note and full body.
AROMATIC PROFILE
This Ristretto Intenso coffee is a roasty, bitter, full-bodied coffee. Its spicy pepper notes and deep woody aroma are laced through its thick, creamy texture. This Nespresso pro capsule balances out the finer aromatics of an Arabica with the potency of Robusta. Ristretto Intenso really knows how to go courting intensity.
