Detailed information on Colombia Palmera

Two 10.10oz bags of single-origin Colombia · Palmera

Our Palmera lot comes from Finca La Palmera in Caldas, Colombia, where coffee has been growing since 1969. What started as a 6-hectare family plot has grown carefully into a 161-hectare estate‒ 128 hectares of thriving coffee trees and 21 hectares preserved as wild forest.

Palmera is everything we love about Colombia: a cup that’s comforting and versatile but full of quiet beauty. Perfect for pour-over mornings, ice-cold afternoons, or a slow espresso pull after dinner.

A clean, honeyed sweetness up front, a round red-apple juiciness through the middle, and a cocoa-nib finish that lingers. Orange-blossom aromatics keep it lifted and bright.
