On a small farm high in the mountains of the Nicaraguan rainforest, single origin, specialty, Arabica coffee cherries slowly ripen to maturity, awaiting the careful eye and delicate hand of local coffee farmers, experts in their craft, who will individually select the ripest and best cherries to be spring water washed and meticulously processed, each step careful and calculated to ensure only the finest beans make it to our roasters, where here they work their magic to bring you a truly unique offering. 

Our blonde espresso is specially roasted to bring out the authentic and true flavor notes found in our light roast, that classic brightness we thoroughly enjoy, but with a little something extra here, a noticeable sweetness as well as a full bodied flavor, typical of an espresso, that will keep you coming back for more.
