A rare and choice antique English gentleman\'s travelling mahogany DRESSING CASE with table mirror. Lined with red Moroccan leather the set has its original folding table mirror, original blown cut bottles and jars. Numerous pullout drawere and a secret hiding space. Maker\'s gold eombossed leather label; \"BAYLEY & BLEW, COCKSPUR-STREET, LONDON, MANUFACTURERS\". Circa 1815-25. Very good condition with asuperb patina - some repairs, chip to lip of large bottle and two bottles missing. Original brass stirrup drawer pulls, Sheffield silver ring pulls, silvered lock and hinges, and large brass carrying handles.. Size: 14 x 19 x 9.75 inches tall.
