Our products are crafted from pure, high-quality mulberry silk using an ancient Asian technique that has been developed and passed down for over 1000 years. The technique started by making silk strips, which look like pipe cleaners. The \"pipe cleaners\" are not pre-made by machine, but we make them by hand. Currently, machines cannot make these strips with silk. Our craft is time-consuming, so we will only accept a certain number of orders at a time, depending on the availability of the creators. We occasionally have items for immediate shipping. Silk products have a gentle sheen to them, so it\'s difficult to show their true colors in photos, even though we always do our best to make them as real as possible. If the color issue is important to you, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.

This product cannot be washed, but you can gently wipe it with a dry cloth or tissue paper.  The flattened designs require fixing materials (usually hair gel) to harden the strips, so they may have a scent to them when freshly made, but the scent will go away over time.

Due to the nature of our products, they are made after orders are placed, so we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand this type of product is new to many people, so if you ever encounter any issues after receiving them please let us know and we will do our best to help and make things right.

To reduce your postage, we generally ship through USPS Ground Advantage if we can. It might take up to a week for transportation. If it is an urgent order and you would like faster delivery, please inquire about postage before making payments. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.
