Crafted by aging heirloom cacao nibs from Belize in heavy-char new American oak barrels—previously used for aging Sonoma Brothers Distilling\'s three-year-old Straight Bourbon Whiskey—for six months, the nibs absorb the essence of the bourbon and oak. Once fully aged, these infused nibs are used to create the dark chocolate bar, with only cocoa butter and cane sugar added. The result is a robust and complex chocolate with pronounced oak and bourbon flavors, offering a unique and indulgent tasting experience.
