• This product is handmade from natural materials, primarily Portland cement, by individual artisans in Vietnam. Each item displays a unique patina consisting of natural markings and variation in color. Small hairline cracks and imperfections are normal and to be expected.


• While our Mixx Collection items are weather-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow all care instructions, including but not limited to covering the surface when not in use and during inclement weather with a professional grade furniture cover. Moisture buildup can turn to ice and crack the surface during freezing temperatures. Do not allow salt spray to build up as it can corrode the product. Concrete is naturally porous, so do not allow oil, grease or acid-based liquids to sit on the product surface. Do not place hot objects directly on the product as the heat can break the protective seal and discolor the product.


• Product Care: To clean your Mixx product, only use water and mild soap (i.e. dish soap) with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use heavy abrasive, bleach-based or ammoniated cleaners. Use of such cleaners will wear down the protective barrier and result in less stain resistance. We do not recommend use of most natural cleaners (which are often citrus based), as this type of cleaning agent is typically highly acidic and can damage the product.
